Cedar Creek Square

There must be hundreds of creeks in Australia that bear the name Cedar. But this one with its truly spectacular falls is quite unique. According to local Aboriginal legends, the spirits of the dead roam here at night. While I didn’t spot any of them, there was definitely something eerie here. As often happens, I has a definite picture in mind while I was shooting, but came away with something (this) completely different. Always keep an open mind.
