Description
Mangroves never cease to fascinate me, with one foot on the shore and the other in the sea. Unlike any other tree, mangroves are actually a group of otherwise different species that have adapted to the salty conditions of the intertidal zone.
I acknowledge that this photo was taken on the traditional lands of the Yuggera people, and pay my respect to Elders both past, present and future, and their tradition of respect and sustainability for these lands.
