Cycle of Life

Another beautiful sunrise over Moreton Bay this morning. Along the shore I found the trunk of a long dead mangrove, while out along the tidal flats a living one flourished. Reflections on the cycle of life.

I acknowledge that this photo was taken on the traditional lands of the Yuggera people, and pay my respect to Elders both past, present and future, and their tradition of respect and sustainability for these lands.
