This beach has always been a special location for me – a very slight scramble down the headland to get to, for some time this beach was pretty much deserted every time I came here, apart from the occasional nudist. This day the wind was high, stiring up the sea against the scattered rocks, making for a dramatic scene.
About a month later I came back to the beach, the local council had installed steps down to it, and it was overrun.
I acknowledge that this photo was taken on the traditional lands of the Gubbi Gubbi people, and pay my respects to Elders both past, present and future, and their traditions of respect and sustainability for these lands.
