The setting sun was still tickling the tree high up on the cliff, lighting its branches with the last fires of the day, before night settled in on this life-giving oasis in the middle of the desert. Western Queensland.
I acknowledge that this photo was taken on the traditional lands of the Kalkadoon people, and pay my respect to Elders both past, present and future, and their tradition of respect and sustainability for these lands.
